Time saving tips

Each time I ask someone how they’re doing, they answer that they’re Busy!
Here are a few time saving keyboard tips.

To quickly go to the top of a document, use Ctrl+Home.
To quickly go to the end of a document, use Ctrl+End.

To highlight an entire page of text, use Ctrl+A (remember A for all)

To avoid having to use the mouse when editing:
Ctrl+X equals “cut”
Ctrl+C equals “copy”
Ctrl+V equals “paste”

To toggle between open programs, hold the Alt key with your left thumb. Then with your left index finger, lightly touch the tab key to move the selection between open programs. When the one you want is highlighted, let go of the Alt key to view the program or window.

To quickly minimize every open program, use your Windows key + M.

To save even more time, hire a Virtual Assistant! Which three things do you do now that you’d most like to delegate to someone else? Which things do you find yourself constantly procrastinating on? These would be perfect areas to turn over to your Virtual Assistant!
